In addition to my position as Senior Executive Pastry Chef at The Four Seasons Resort Dubai Jumeirah Beach & The Four Seasons Hotel Dubai DIFC, I also enjoy travelling the world to provide pastry demonstrations and hands-on classes.
I also provide support by developing menus and recipes in the most possible efficient way.
Sharing knowledge is very important to me.
